What We Love Right Now: An Act of Kindness — Lovetuner®️ Official Website

At Lovetuner, we know that kindness is an essential part of the human experience and without it, life can become isolating and barren. Each of us has an innate desire to be treated with compassion.

Why should you be kind? Because it’s good for you and for everyone else around you! Kindness and compassion can help heal the wounded soul of both giver and receiver. Kindness allows you to strengthen your ability for compassion and to respond to others’ suffering. And thankfully, kindness is contagious. When you show someone compassion, it inspires them to pass it on. With so much suffering and illness around us, there is a dire need for more altruism in the world. Kindness is love.

Before you can truly show compassion and benevolence to others, you need to be kind to yourself. Self-love removes any obstacles that may hinder you from showing kindness to others. Begin with the healing tone of the Lovetuner 528hz Love frequency. When you use the Lovetuner pitched to 528hz to balance your energetic body, you release your anxieties and re-energize your subtle bodies to an optimal state of calm. The Lovetuner breathing exercise in combination with the 528hz frequency opens your heart and allows you to freely give and receive. Kindness becomes a beloved, natural act that ripples out of you to touch the lives of everyone around you.

The showing and receiving of kindness have a number of health benefits. Just witnessing someone else being kind releases oxytocin, the “love hormone,” into your system. Oxytocin lowers your blood pressure and improves the overall health of your heart. It also increases our self-esteem and encourages optimism. If you are kind to someone, it lifts your spirits and increases your energy, combatting depression and feeding your own feelings of self-worth. Showing benevolence increases happiness and can extend your life. When you are kind to another person, your brain’s pleasure and reward center light up just like they do when you are shown compassion.

Kindness decreases pain by releasing endorphins into our system. People who are kind-hearted have less stress and age more slowly. Altruism reduces anxiety, positively affects our mood, fosters more satisfying relationships, and encourages us to engage with others. When we give of ourselves, everything in our life improves, depression lessens, and our overall well-being strengthens. In short, kindness — both giving and receiving it — makes us feel good. What better way to contribute to not only our own health but to the health of everyone around us than to create an act of kindness with Lovetuner?

According to Wikipedia, “A random act of kindness is a non-premeditated, inconsistent action designed to offer kindness towards the outside world.” An act of kindness is something you do — out of the ordinary — for someone you don’t usually communicate with, someone who is outside your social circle, or someone you don’t know. It is a completely selfless act for which you will not receive any gain.

At Lovetuner, we equate kindness with currency. As a matter of fact, we believe the currency of generosity and compassion is of great value on Earth. And right now, we are in urgent need of the currency of kindness to heal ourselves, our friends, and our planet. Check out the Lovetuner Act of Kindness page to submit your selfless act of generosity.

Kindness comes in all shapes and sizes. It really can be something as simple as holding the door open for someone or giving part of your meal to the neighbors. If you want to make kindness a regular part of your daily life though, you can set aside materials to have something always on hand! This is certainly not necessary but makes us even more inclined to be kind. How often have you seen someone and thought “I’d help them if I had brought [x] with me!” and hoped that you’d find them again later on? It’s easy to be spontaneously kind when we have the extra resource on us or can easily replace it. If we prep some materials first though, we’ll find it much easier to give and possibly give some relatively high volume items when we plan for our encounters.

  • Canned goods are common donations to shelters. Hygiene items aren’t as common. This concept also includes giving directly to the homeless, who may receive food or small sums of money from someone, but not sanitary products. Creating a few small care packages full of toothbrushes, toothpaste, brushes, and menstrual products can greatly improve someone’s experiences.
  • Put spare change in a coin pouch. Sometimes we feel conflicted about whipping out our whole wallet, especially in the driver’s seat of a running car, to give someone money. Grab a coin pouch and fill it with spare change. You can use this to give to someone else, whether they’re homeless, a child selling trinkets for a school fundraiser, or a street performer!
  • Think about other packages you could make for your community. If your area has a high amount of homeless animals, you can fill baggies with food to give them when you see them. Create school product baskets with writing materials, notebooks, etc. See what’s going on where you live and think about what little things you can to help the various demographics!

“Be kind, and spread the love with the Lovetuner and the miracle frequency of 528hz.”
